THE FINAL BATTLE - Last Two Weeks Rehearsal Schedule

Here is the schedule for these last two weeks of rehearsal.  Please be sure to arrange to be present, and ready to work - as we transform our show into "ship-shape" condition for our maiden voyage on April 25th!

Tuesday, April 16th  3:15pm - 6:00pm
   What :  Act 2 Walk-Through
   Who :  Full Cast
   Where :  The Wardrobe

Thursday, April 18th  3:15pm - 5:30pm
   What :  Act 1 Run-Through
   Who :  Everyone except the Police
   Where :  The Cafeteria
 
Friday, April 19th  3:15pm - 6:00pm
   What :  Act 2 Run-Through
   Who :  Full Cast
   Where :  The Cafeteria

Monday, April 22nd :  Tech Rehearsal

   3:00pm – 5:30pm  Stage set-up / Full costumes, hair and make-up prep

   5:30pm – 6:00pm  Dinner

   6:00pm – 8:00pm  Tech run-through with lights, sound and piano

Tuesday, April 23rd :  First Full Orchestra Rehearsal

   6:00pm  Cast call.  Vocal warm-ups.  Only problematic tech, costume, hair or make-up issues will be addresses.

   6:30pm – 9:00pm  Run-through with full orchestra

Wednesday, April 24th :  Final Dress Rehearsal

   3:00pm – 5:30pm  Stage set-up / Full costumes, hair and make-up prep

   5:30pm – 6:00pm  Dinner

   6:00pm – 6:30pm  Vocal and orchestral warm-ups

   6:30pm – 9:00pm  Final run-through with lights, sound and full orchestra

Performance Nights -  Thursday, Friday and Saturday

   5:30pm  Arrive as early as necessary, (but not later than 5:30pm), in order to be done with full make-up and hair by 6:00pm

   6:00pm – 6:30pm  Dinner

   6:30pm – 7:00pm  Time for personal prep, “chilling-out”, and getting into costume for Act 1

   7:00pm – 7:30pm  House opens at 7:00pm.  Vocal warm-ups.  Directors notes.

   7:30pm  Showtime!
